Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am on request. It is possible to put a temporary bed in the single room. It would be a bit limiting but we will do this on request foc. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave for hot food. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom.

Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate.
