THE PLACE - garsonieră în regim self-catering cu o panoramă superbă asupra cetății medievale. Situată ultracentral în orașul Deva această garsonieră vă oferă confortul pe care vi l-ați dorit întotdeauna. Curat, elegant,intim ! Facilitățile proprietății sunt urmatoarele : - lift - bucătărie utilată/ dotată complet (frigider, plită electrică vitroceramică, hotă, mașină de spălat,cuptor cu microunde cu grill, expresor cafea, fierbător, prăjitor pâine) - baie cu cabină de duș modernă (duș tip ploaie + duș flexibil, feon, prosoape,gel duș, șampon, săpun lichid) - sufragerie cu pat matrimonial king-size, saltea cu spumă cu memorie, canapea extensibila (smart tv led diagonală mare, internet wi-fi gratuit, aer condiționat cu invertor, iluminat led, dulap, pantofar, masă și fier de călcat). Locația este nouă și dispune de centrală termică proprie și geamuri termopan tripan care asigură o izolare fonică perfectă pentru liniștea dumneavoastră. Cafea, ceai,apă plată şi minerală din partea casei. La cerere vă putem oferi minibar contracost. Vă stăm la dispoziție cu orice informație : obiective turistice, restaurante, locuri de recreere.

Apartamentul este situat în centrul Hunedoarei, lângă Aleea pietonală (un minut), la 100m de Casa de Cultură și aproximativ 1,5 km de Castelul Corvinilor. Fiind în centrul orașului, în apropierea acestuia se găsesc numeroase unități comerciale, bancare și de servire a mesei. Apartamentul pune la dispoziția oaspeților un dormitor cu pat matrimonial, smart TV, aer condiționat, Wi-fi, precum și o baie cu duș, wc, bideu, și o bucătărie dotată cu frigider,aragaz, masină de spălat, cafea și ceai.

Holiday house of welcoming family in the middle of nature, in a very nice area where you can practice activities like hiking, off road trips, close to thermal spa resort, good food made of natural products. Perfect for groups up to 10. The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living room with couch and big dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 open terraces, big garden with pool and barbecue, fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Morning coffee, tea and pastry included!

Wooden House

The cottage is designed to calm the mind and delight the soul, it has a generous yard that offers privacy. It is perfect for an escape from the city, as it offers an authentic experience of connecting with nature. At the property there is a female Labrador named Theea, very nice and calm, and a black boy cat named Bagheera. In the same large yard of 1500m2 there are two other houses, completely separate, I live in one of them. Hot tub spa is an extra service and is charged separately.

Lazy Cottage by the river

Lazy Cottage is located on the "The valley of beauty" ( Sebes valley ) in the Village of Laz, Alba, on the start of the Transalpina Road next to the river Sebes. It is what we call a "Home away from home" for whomever chooses to visit us, because you'll find here everything you'll need in a household and a bit more. For the rainy and cold days there is also a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy and a bunch of board games to choose from. Since we love pets, they are welcome as well !

The location is in the center of Deva,it has a stunning view of the city square and the Fortress of Deva.Everything is close by,it is a quite place and the location was renovated in early 2022.The location has everything you can need,it has even a dryer and we can provide also meals from the best traditional place in town at a discount. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a four-storey, is composed of 2 rooms, equipped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, and a bathroom with a bathtub, with a hairdryer, towels and free toiletries. Pe o raza de 300m se afla kaufland ,statie taxi ,schimb valutar,casino,pietonala ,altex ,farmacie,banca reiffeisen,alpha bank,BRD,bazinul de inot,pizzerie ,parcul tineretului cu Catedrala Eroilor...Castelul Huniazilor se afla 1300m distanta iar pietonala cu barurile ,terasele magazinele si casele de pariuri se afla la aproximativ 400-450m...lacul cincis este situat la 13km iar Manastirea Prislop la aproximativ 21km...

Casa Garda

Proaspăt renovată, cu un design unic, casa dispune de: două dormitoare cu paturi duble, bucătărie utilată și living tip open space, două băi (dintre care una cu cadă), cameră birou, grădină, loc de parcare în curte, dar și o terasă spațioasă. Casa este situată la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Parcul Dendrologic Simeria și este o cazare ideală pentru o călătorie de afaceri sau un sejur de turism în județul Hunedoara.
