A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own entrance door, deck, travertine stone shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and a small built-in robe. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)
