The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a smart tv with popular apps using your own account and FreeSat, a recordable 4k tv box.

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

It has a large pretty private garden and is dog friendly. The cottage overlooks the village green and village community pub family and pet friendly. The Nissen is a unique, private and secluded two person home in the middle of a 20 acre orchard. Situated within walking distance of Elm village, with its popular pub, The Sportsman, opposite All Saints Church, being a short walk. There's also a convenience store in Birch Grove. Tesco Extra is 1.5 miles. Wisbech town centre 3 miles. Begdale road is on national cycle route 63. Peterborough, Kings Lynn, and the Norfolk coast are within easy reach by car.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.

This fully refurbished self contained studio apartment has its own private entrance with off road private parking. Located central to town in a quite cul-de-sac. Downham Market has lots to offer visitors including many independent coffee shops, shops and restaurants also Wetherspoons (The Whalebone), Greggs and Subway all within a 5 minute walk. The town has market day every Friday & Saturday. We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station.
