The jacuzzi is an added luxury and £15 is requested during your stay if used. There's a large fully stocked pond Guests are welcome to feed the fish.

Our bungalow has proven ideal for contractors and tradesmen. Your reservation has secure parking for one vehicle, unless previously arranged. The bungalow it has its own small yard. If you are booking on behalf for an employee please let me know their mobile number for our gate system.

Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 10.00am. Early check in available for supplement as is check out. The Secret Hideaway is a self contained living space. Make use of the cooker to prepare a meal or relax watching your latest TV series. The bathroom is fully equipped with a power shower and is stylishly decorated with light grey tiles and white brickettes. Enjoy the comfort of a double bedroom equipped with bedside stylish cabinets and a clothes rail. Close to the A127.

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

A two minute walk to Bonchurch Park and a short walk to Belfairs Nature Reserve. Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. Our eco friendly freshly repainted cottage sits at the front of our family run farm. We have adopted a green approach to living with photovoltaic electric and ground source heat pump underfloor heating. This self contained one bedroom bungalow has its own front door entrance and is a huge comfortable space to relax, rest and recuperate for a short break away or after work. It is available to book for one day or more and we offer a discount for monthly bookings.
