Es un piso acogedor y muy céntrico. Puedes ir a pie a visitar todos los lugares interesantes de Bilbao como el museo Guggenheim, al Casco Viejo, la zona de Pozas para comer pintxos.... Muy bien comunicado con la Intermodal, el metro, el tren, el autobús del aeropuerto... En la misma calle está el Centro Azkuna, en fin, a muy poco tiempo andando puedes visitar todo Bilbao.
