A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Il monolocale è situato a 50 mt. dal lago in uno dei cortili antichi di Baveno nel centro storico, a 100 mt dalle spiagge comunali e a 50 mt dall'imbarco battelli, autobus e stazione. In 2 minuti a piedi si arriva al supermercato e ai parcheggi gratuiti. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata. Dotata di ogni comfort e a richiesta di aria condizionata.
