If you fancy country living at its best, this is the place. One well behaved dog is included with guest fee.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

We are a 15 minute walk to the National Trust area of the Devils Punchbowl and a 5 minute drive to Frensham ponds. You have your own separate entrance to come and go as you please. Although if you need any advice we can be on hand to help with finding coffee shops or restaurants to visit.

Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
