The cabin road is maintained year round and connects directly to the “A” trail. The cabin provides a small beach area and a large floating dock for jumping into the lake in a weed free area. We are equipped with baby gear to make things easier for little ones. The lake has direct access to OFSC trails. Ask about snowmobile arrival packages. Or ice fishing amenities.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. The property includes 10km of private trails, forested areas, open clearings, beaver ponds and an abundance of wildlife. The cabin is adjacent to Crown Land with many trails for hiking, biking and snowmobiling and a nearby secluded lake. The property is 1.5 hours from Killarney Provincial Park.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
