A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. This newly remodeled townhouse unit offers a living room, dining room and cottage style kitchen. There are three bedrooms upstairs : a king, queen and twin with a trundle bed. There is a shared deck and large yard. It's very clean and comfortable. Linens, blankets, pillows, towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. We have one window air conditioning unit downstairs and one upstairs and window fans. There is one parking spot to the left of the unit and extra parking on the street.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!

This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.
