Come cozy up in this two bedroom, one bath home on a half acre lot situated on a dead end street. Conveniently located minutes from historic downtown Beaufort, within walking distance of the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail and Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Only 3 miles to the entrance of Parris Island (MCRD) and 22 miles to Hunting Island State Park.

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

This cottage has a unique combination of being close to everything, while still maintaining a very private feel. The cottage is accessible by its private, dedicated drive. This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Boat parking available on site.

Nestled in the heart of Beaufort's Historic District - this bright, custom-designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage sleeps up to 6 and delivers the full Beaufort experience from your front porch swing. Just 4 blocks from the waterfront and under a mile to Bay Street's shops, restaurants, and the historic waterfront park, you're perfectly positioned to explore everything this beloved coastal city has to offer! We are also 20 minutes to Parris Island and love hosting military families.

This tranquil, private, river retreat has incredible views of the marsh and the Beaufort River. Located in popular Pigeon Point, you are just a short bike ride or a 20 minute walk to the historic district and downtown Beaufort. Less than a mile from Downtown Beaufort and just a block from the bay, you'll have easy access to the attractions of the area. Bring your bikes or rent some to enjoy the 10-mile Spanish Moss Trail, located just 0.4 miles away. Unwind in the Adirondack chairs under the massive live oak in the backyard. Plus, a pass to Hunting Island State Park (16 mi) is included! 9.1 miles to Parris Island

There are two additional Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
