Only you will be in the Apt and is upstairs, with balcony, Laundry room downstairs, has Fiber Optic cable and smart TV, yard: gas BBQ and gated parking. A shared public 2,000 sqft game room with half bath, music, TV, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole darts. Pet charge is a one time fee of $35/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. The Top Story

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Stella’s Cabin

Make some memories at this unique place. The cabin was originally built for my grandfather to live in and was known as “Grandpa’s Cabin” for many years. I later chose to name it after my dog Stella who was named after my special aunt, Aunt Stella. The rock work in the patio was done by my grandfather. Original wood floors. Not far from Sierra Valley, Portola Railroad Museum, Graeagle, Frazier Falls, Lakes Basin Area, Sierra Buttes, Sand Pond, Quincy, Lake Davis, Truckee, Tahoe, and Reno.
