NO SMOKING!!$100 CLEANING FEE The cottage is on the left side of the Manor House. ***We gladly accept pets. We request a FEE OF $10/ NIGHT FOR EACH PET. Airbnb does have a place for adding this nominal fee. Just leave it on the TV Desk. Please put your pet in a crate when leaving the cottage. No pets on the furniture.

Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. This secluded, 3 bedroom lakefront home was renovated In 2019. My late wife Gail and I installed a new kitchen, vinyl plank flooring, new well, and new decks (both wraparound and lower deck.) The home is located about an hours drive from Lynchburg, Roanoke or Danville. Enjoy our private dock and boat ramp for fishing, watercraft, swimming, and nature watching! Keep an eye out for wildlife, both great and small! Great Blue Herons, Eagles and Osprey are personal favorites!

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, a huge deck, and a pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.

The cottage features beautiful views of the Peaks of Otter Mountains among fields of grazing horses and donkeys. Sunrise and sunset are truly magical hours on Roaring Run Farm.
