The 2nd floor suite has ocean view balcony, 2 queen beds, full bathroom, TV, small fridge & coffee pot. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed & a full bathroom. Main floor has a dinning room, an open living room w/2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, large smart TV with Wi-Fi & cable throughout the house. Three bicycles (free) and two hammocks as well as a charcoal BBQ. (you buy the charcoal) . The house has TV with cable and free Wi-Fi . Lots of fans to keep cool!

One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
