'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Small unit near local beaches

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Although small it has everything you need, located in unit block on first floor next to the Orana Hotel, Great for a woodfired pizza or cold beer. Walking distance to local beaches, freshly painted throughout with new air-conditioner full-size washing machine full-size fridge and full-size stove. This property is great for short-term working accommodation or a quick overnight stay during a long trip
