Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Sleeping 5, this modern spacious cottage is surrounded by stunning countryside with heritage coastline & traditional seaside towns all close by. A pub serving food is a 15 min walk & other amenities within 5 minute drive. Large Kingsize ensuite bedroom with bath, spacious triple bedroom with ensuite toilet, large lounge with Freeview tv, spacious fully fitted kitchen/diner, downstairs shower room & outside seating area. Up to 2 dogs accepted for extra charge of £25 per dog. Parking for 2 cars
