There is a queen bed in the loft and a pull out queen sofa in the living area. Bright with high ceilings and all new furnishings. We are less than three miles from town, 20 minutes to Bromley and 25 minutes to Stratton. Close to hiking, biking, fishing, great restaurants and shopping. Please note;Owners lives on premise in main house.

Architectural GuestSuite

The Guest Suite is located on the first floor of an architectural studio in historic Wilmington, Vermont. Please enjoy the piano, drums, and art supplies! The Guest Suite is both UNIVERSALLY ACCESSIBLE, TOBACCO FREE, and ANIMAL FREE due to allergies in our family. LineSync Architecture staff will be working from 8:30am - 5ish upstairs, and once in a while on the weekends. When guests are in we try to be super sensitive and quiet, but footsteps will be heard!

Our cozy upstairs studio can accommodates up to 4 and is separate from the main house. Offering both comfort and privacy. Enjoy a private entrance with keyless check-in for easy arrival. The space includes a queen size sleep number bed, queen size pullout couch, along with a dining table for four. The fully stocked kitchenette has everything you need for simple meals. We provide plush towels, linens, pillows and blankets to make your stay comfortable.

You'll have the whole 3rd floor to yourself with a new private bath, large bedroom with a/c, and a separate sitting room/library. Stay in an historic gem, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historically sensitive restoration has been done. You'll have a continental breakfast in the house's original dining room. We're a four a minute drive from the center of historic Dorset village.
