Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Our home is conveniently located 1.5 miles from Old Town Alexandria and the King Street Metro and 6 miles from the National Mall. You will have the lower level with private outside entrance to yourselves. The space is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, and laundry. We provide a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator for your convenience. Please note that this space does not have a full kitchen If you have a car we have driveway parking for you.
