The beds are 12" firm memory foam with mattress covers and hypoallergenic bedding to insure a peaceful sleep. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, one has attached full bath. The Park House is open, airy, and inviting for families or groups coming to visit Oregon State University (1.2 miles), or the Oregon Coast (47 miles), or to simply enjoy beautiful Corvallis Oregon. Recent additions include a bedroom with a King bed, walk-in closet, and it’s own full bathroom- spacious and comfortable.

Nicely finished 1400 sq ft lower level with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room with gas fireplace, tv, table and chairs, lots of windows, large kitchen/dining area, washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen size bed and rocking chair. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a tv. Blow up mattresses are available too if you need more beds. Close to Fred Meyer and campus, lots of street parking. We live upstairs, but you have your own private entrance.

Corbin B&B - Suite

We are nestled in six acres of forest with deer, wild turkeys, owls and many wildlife. It is in the heart of Bald Hill and Fitton Green natural areas and on a gravel road. The Master Suite offers plenty of space with a private entrance, King-sized bed, kitchenette, sitting area, desk and private bathroom. There is a small patio with a fire pit. It's ideal for those who prefer their own space without needing to interact with the other (more shared) B&B area.

Our property is nestled on the hillslopes of the Willamette Valley, giving us great access to hiking, kayaking, and bike trails. All within a 5 mile radius. While we are close to nature, we are also only a 10 minute drive to the hospital as well as dining and shopping on the North side of Corvallis.
