The Old Reading Room West Stafford, Dorset.

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. Our House

Traditional cottage, mixing old with new. Large living area but with a cosy warm feel. Relax with the whole family. Stay in a small village with local shop and two pubs. So many well known attractions and beaches with in half an hour. Or just enjoy a walk though the fields or across the stream and into Mays Wood. The main bedroom opens up onto a roof decking with seating for morning coffee in the sun. Wooden steps lead down to the garden which can also be accessed from the kitchen.

A quiet, private space in the heart of a Dorset village, close to the Jurassic Coast. The recently-built Sika Lodge is set within the garden of a larger late Georgian property.
