Large bright apartment quiet right by the forest, for 2 persons (double bed), 1 - 2 children can additionally sleep on the couch in the living room. Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom, each a plasma TV in living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, guest toilet, free parking, terrace to the forest, modern furniture, smoking corner on the terrace ( please do not smoke in the apartment ). The apartment is not suitable as a craftsman accommodation for more than 1 guest.

Our comfortable and stylish private apartment is situated next to the recreation area Kings forest. Hiking and biking trails start just in front of our home, but you can also drive to Cologne's city center within 20 minutes by car. Airport and Cologne Fair are as close. Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance. Valid from April 1, 2025: The 5% overnight tax of the city of Bergisch Gladbach is already included in the price and is transferred to the tax office by the host.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Köln (ca. 20 km) - vor den Toren zum Bergischen Land. Die Unterkunft ist mit Bus und S-Bahn von Köln in 40` mit einmal Umsteigen erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist 30 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der vielfältigen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (KölnMesse, Kunst und Kultur, Naturarena Bergisches Land). Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

It is located in a quiet residential area in the countryside - ideal for hiking, biking, golfing and relaxing. Cologne, Leverkusen and Düsseldorf are just around the corner for shopping and culture. The Cologne trade fair is also easy to reach from here. There is parking in front of the house.

Additionally, a washing machine with an integrated dryer, an iron, and an ironing board are at your disposal.

It takes 15 minutes via the motorway to Koelnmesse and 20 minutes to Cologne city centre.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung, komplett eingerichtet. ACHTUNG:Ab April 2025 erhebt die Stadt Bergisch Gladbach eine Beherbergungssteuer/Bettensteuer von 5% des Buchungspreises. Diesen Betrag zahlen Sie bei mir und ich werde diesen an das Finanzamt weiterleiten. Diese 5% kann ich erst ab April in den Buchungspreis integrieren. Bis April bitte immer 5% dazurechnen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung - mit eigenem Eingang - wurde 2018 neu renoviert und beläuft sich auf ca. 74 qm. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer Carport mit Terrasse (Gartenmöbel für 6 Personen). Die Ausstattung bietet u.a. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Kleiderschrank, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Gewürze usw., TV, kostenloses WLAN.
