Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ihr genießt blickgeschützt und privat ein unvergleichliches Naturerlebnis, ohne auf den Komfort eines Hotels verzichten zu müssen (Hotel Reindahls). Das Bubble hat ein Queensize-Bett und ein Gartenhäuschen mit Badezimmer und Außenküche und WLAN. Frühstück kann vor Ort im Hotel dazugebucht werden, ebenfalls die Hotel-Sauna. The houseboat is spacious and eco-friendly, comfortably furnished for 2-4 people. Enjoy underfloor heating and a fireplace in winter, and stargazing on the rooftop terrace in summer. It's surrounded by nature, yet centrally located. The "Waldbühne" is within walking distance, or you can reach the Kurfürstendamm in 15 minutes by car.

Unsere „JULIA“ ist ein exklusives, schwimmendes Zweizimmerapartment auf dem Wasser mit allem was dazugehört. Der Kaminofen als Highlight und die Fußbodenheizung sorgen für behagliche Wärme auch an kalten Tagen. Die „JULIA“ kann für bis zu 2 Personen + 2 Aufbettungen im Salon gebucht werden. Das Hausboot liegt fest im Heimathafen der Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg und ist nur 7 Kilometer vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. Sie benötigen keinen Bootsschein, das das Hausboot nicht bewegt werden kann.

Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Bar für 4 Personen, Kamin und einem großes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Ein bequemes Klappbett für zwei und eine Couch bieten Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Unser Boot liegt in einem umzäunten Privatgelände welches nachts durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht wird. Bis auf den Waschbären und den Fuchs ist man also vor Besuchern geschützt
