はじめまして。2023年11月から民泊を始めました。 札幌駅から車で約15分の閑静な地域に佇む築約40年の１棟アパートの2階の1部屋です。 私達は、同じアパートに住んでいますので、何かあればすぐに対応します。また、お時間が合いましたら、一緒に出かけたり、ゲストの方々とお食事をして楽しんでいます。 札幌駅から3駅のJR新川駅から徒歩10分、 地下鉄南北線北24条駅から徒歩約20分という少し不便な場所ですが、車通りは少なく、静かに過ごせます。 コンビニエンスストアまで徒歩5分 ドラッグストアまで徒歩4分 スーパーまで徒歩10分 生活には便利な場所です。 また、電車で2駅行くと大型スーパーや温泉施設があります。 施設内に駐車場が1台分用意できます(要予約)。一日500円で利用可能です。(私が日々使っている駐車場です。私が他の場所に停めます) ソファーベッドは170cmです。 【送迎について】宿泊初日と最終日はできる限り新川駅まで車で送迎させて頂きます。時間が合わなければすみません。 Wi-Fi完備、専用のキッチン・バストイレがありますので長期滞在・テレワークの方大歓迎です。

北海道美唄市の古民家で、1階完全貸切のプライベートステイを満喫できます。(2階は倉庫です) 美唄駅から徒歩12分。ご家族やグループでの宿泊にピッタリです！1日1組のご宿泊となります。 ダブルベッド1台、折りたたみ式シングルベッド1台、布団が5組あり、宿泊室が3部屋あります。お布団の必要のない小さなお子様は1名追加可能です(最大8名まで宿泊できます)。 車でお越しの場合、高速道路のご利用でＪＲ札幌駅から約1時間、旭川駅から車で約1時間10分。美唄富良野線を利用なら車やバイクで1時間半程で富良野市内に行くことが出来ます(冬期通行止め)。 市内には美唄国設スキー場や、ピパの湯ゆ〜りん館(温泉施設)もあり、炭鉱跡地やダムの紅葉も見所です。春は東明公園の桜も有名です。 スノーランドまでは車で12分です。現地まで美唄駅からシャトルバスでの往復も可能です。 建物のすぐ裏には遊歩道があり、噴水も2箇所、休憩できる東屋や公園遊具もありますので、お子様連れも歓迎です。 ※古民家のため、古いデザインや造り、仕様になっています。それらが苦手な方はご不便を感じるかもしれません。

【なんもだ~未完の宿~】北海道夕張郡栗山町の古民家で暮らすように旅をする。 新千歳空港から車で40分、2,000平米以上の敷地にぽつんと建つ古民家。広々とした古民家にはやさしい時間が流れています。 周囲は広大な畑に囲まれており、そこには自然の音しかありません。野うさぎもよく遊びにくるお庭には、四季折々の植物が自生しています。 そして、夜にはどこまでも広がる満点の星空。北海道の自然を貸し切って心をときほぐしてください。 「なんもだ」は北海道の方言で、「大丈夫だよ」「気にしなくていいよ」「どうってことないよ」といった意味。この宿はオープンを目指して、家族総出で数年かけて片付けてきましたが、まだまだ未完成。虫も出るし、壁紙がところどころ剥がれかけているし、お庭の草にも好きにしてもらっています。都心部のラグジュアリーなホテルのような、快適さは無いかもしれません。 それでも「ここに来てよかったな」と思っていただけるような、どこか懐かしいあたたかい場所。ぜひ「何もしない」を体感してほしいです。 わんちゃんも大歓迎、素敵な思い出を一緒に作ってください。

Regarding to accommodation fee; We charge 4,000 ¥ a night per adult from 2023. Example if you stay with your 2 friends, You pay 4,000 ¥x 3=12,000¥. and free of charge for infant under 2 years old. ( We apply 3,000 yen for one adult who already booked ) Due to increase of costs additional charge: for breakfast is 500¥ per person and 1,500¥ for dinner per @erson. This meal charge is accepted only cash payment. Room is open space and two beds in 1st floor and 6 in 2nd floor.
