Our family summer house is situated in one of the oldest and quietest neighborhoods in Zadar. Everything is brand new and the perfect place from which to enjoy your holiday. The next beach is 80m away and it takes only a beautiful bike ride to Zadars famous old town. We are living in Germany and our appartment on the the ground floor is private, so if you decide to rent the lovely apartment on the first floor you will be the only guests on the property and have everything for you alone!

🏖 Our newly build villa ☆☆☆☆ with a heated pool is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting the Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, one small room, a cozy lounge, a modern kitchen, and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.
