Een rustig plekje in een dorps stukje Utrecht en toch dichtbij winkels, stations en het centrum, met allerlei leuke koffie- en eettentjes ‘om de hoek’. Er zijn 3-4 slaapplekken: de 'master bedroom' (bed 140x200) en de slaapbank in de woonkamer (120x200), allemaal zonder ochtendzon.
