Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home. Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊

Light, air conditioned and tranquil garden studio

Our studio is light filled, high ceilinged, spacious and tranquil overlooking a beautiful garden and comprises a living area, loft bedroom (accessible by ladder) and private use bathroom. The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.

Leafy 2 Bedroom Unit Central Location

This unit is a wonderful place to stay. It is well-located in Newcastle, in close proximity to many local attractions: * across the road from the University (Callaghan campus) * 10min walk to shops and takeaway food * 10min drive to John Hunter Hospital * 15min drive to beaches and Lake Macquarie * 40min drive to the vineyards and to Nelson Bay The unit is a separate dwelling on the host's property, private, with own access and leafy views.

‘Little Kilgour’ Guest House is perfectly located between the spectacular coastline, the ‘Eat Street’ precinct in Darby Street and The Junction Village boutiques, shops and cafes, all within walking distance. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.
