Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

The Old School House is a welcoming and beautifully presented cottage brimming with quality fixtures and fittings, where every effort has been made to retain as much history and character as possible. The Gower Hotel is just a stones throw away and the cottage is within walking distance of the delightful South Gower village of Bishopston. With two thriving village pubs, a well-stocked local supermarket and also well positioned for the 'off the beaten track' beaches of Pwll Du and Brandy Cove.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

The cottage is just off the seafront with one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. The fully fitted kitchen had a dining table with 4 chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character. Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.

One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Our property consists of two self contained flats, Ortari is on the ground floor. We are Perfectly located and within walking distance to Brandy Cove, Pwll Du and Caswell Bay, as well as being an easy drive or bicycle ride to every part of Gower, the furthest being only a 20 minute drive away, we have no idea how long by bike !! The lovely fishing village of Mumbles is just a 10 minute drive or a short trip on the local bus.
