'The Old Coach House' is a charming 18th century detached stone cottage with it's own private gardens.  It sits within an elevated position & offers stunning views over the surrounding countryside. In a quiet setting, it’s only a short walk from all local amenities. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4, with 1 twin & 1 double bedroom upstairs & dual aspect windows inc large skylight. Downstairs has a solid oak kitchen, a bathroom with shower over bath & lovely living/dining room with French doors.

Upstairs are two bright, ensuite bedrooms (one standard UK double, one king or twin). Downstairs is an open-plan living space, well-equipped kitchen and wet room.

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting. The Coach House is a newly refurbished self contained cottage next to Croft Na Coille Bed and Breakfast. The whole cottage has been completely restored and decorated with light, fresh modern colours to give you a calm, stress free environment for your holiday. The lounge has large patio doors that open out onto the decking area and enclosed private garden an we are a short stroll from the centre of Pitlochry. There is space for 2 cars to park next to the cottage.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

Dunaird Cottage - Cosy 1 Bedroom Cottage

Dunaird Cottage is nestled in the courtyard of Dunaird House, a Scottish baronial style mansion, which was designed to make the most of the stunning views of Birnam Hill from the gardens of its hilltop location. Inside, there is a cosy kitchen/diner and lounge area with sofa bed, a double bedroom and shower room with toilet, and outside, a sheltered outdoor setting area. Bedding and towels included.
