Architecturally stunning 5 bedroom home, clad in aged metal. Accommodates up to 12 people in comfort. Perfectly curated for family groups with spaces to keep everyone entertained. Features include modern kitchen and open plan living, a 150 inch projector & 2 TVs, Foxtel, Netflix & Spotify. Two outdoor deck areas with table, BBQ, pizza oven and beautiful garden lighting. Wood fire heater, ducted heating & air conditioning. Linen is not included in the rate. Strictly no parties or loud music.

Melibee House

Light-filled, open-plan recently renovated 3 bedroom house with swimming pool, 2 bathrooms including 1 with a bath. Note : pool heated at additional cost: please enquire when booking. The cost is $120 for total stay. Note: SCHOOLIES bookings available with strict conditions upon enquiry. Parent gaurantor required for reservation 15 minute walk to either front or back beaches. 5-10 minutes drive to Hot Springs, great golf courses, wineries, cafes, restaurants and the local shops

*Moonah Tree House* -Rye Back Beach retreat w/ SPA

Our house is located in a private and serene area surrounded by Moonah trees set amidst a native garden close to the Peninsula hot springs, golf courses, & wineries. Newly renovated-modern, spacious & bright with an open plan living area opening onto a deck, spa and bbq area, ideal for both summer and winter. Our home and has everything you will need. The kitchen is a cook’s delight with good quality appliances & equipment. The area is ideal for cycling, gravel or mountain.

Canterbury Jetty Beach House

A delightfully renovated classic early 60's beach house with a large outdoor living area. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There are board games, petanque/boules and tennis rackets to play with. Beach umbrella and Esky are also provided for trips to the beach or picnics. Firewood for the wood heater is supplied. My place is suitable for couples and families (with kids and or pets). The large deck and grassed area in the back yard is fully fenced and secure.

Black Pearl
