You are within 3 minute walk to the eateries of North Bondi and 5 minutes from the main retail and restaurant strip of Campbell Parade. The apartment block , 50 metres to the sand, is as close to the beach as is possible in Bondi. Located at the North end of the beach where the protected Children's Pools are situated. The block houses 'Lets Go Surfing' surf school, where you can hire a board or do a class. The iconic, Speedos Cafe is next door. North Bondi Fish and the North Bondi RSL are just beyond that. Farmers Market at North Bondi Primary School every Saturday 9.00am till lunchtime. Treat this apartment as your personal beach front hotel suite. Full security grills on doors and windows and security front door to block. Fly screens on all windows. Keyless pushbutton entry Laundry and Dry Cleaners, Chemist, Supermarket and Bus Terminal 3 minute walk away.
