The downland villages, with their picturesque pubs serving excellent food, are also close by. This makes Runcton an excellent choice for walkers, cyclists or those just looking to kick back and relax!

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

Secluded self-contained apartment above cartbarn in pretty Sussex village close to Goodwood. Snuggled into the foothills of the South Downs and 2 minutes walk to the fab village pub, this makes the perfect base for a weekend away. Bedroom has twin single beds that zip into a superking, single bed in separated alcove, double sofabed and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely south facing terrace and tennis court. The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

Middle Barn is a cosy, compact detached barn set in the grounds of a country house near Chichester (the sister property to Little Barn). Middle barn is designed for 4 people. The Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove, TV, wifi, dining room. Snuggle up & watch the the herd of wild deer grazing nearby. Stay in late summer & you may be lucky enough to watch the young fawns playing while you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

Wattlegate Cottage is a charming converted carthouse on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A peaceful retreat for couples, walkers, and cyclists, it offers modern comforts and an enclosed private garden, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the South Downs or cycling the Downs Link Path. Just off the A27, the cottage is ideally placed for visiting Brighton, Lewes, Arundel, Steyning, and the many picturesque villages nearby.

Located within walking distance of Chichester town centre near the train station and a short drive to Goodwood, Chichester Marina and West Wittering Beach. The cabin has private access through our garden and we also provide free parking on our driveway.
