Modern additions to the Cottage include central heating, wifi, fully equipped new kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Sadly we can't accept children under 12 yrs of age or hunters.

The Lake has year round trout fishing & the rivers/streams are seasonal. Water access is convenient with a boat ramp only 500m away . The property has enclosed yard for car & average sized boat. Selwyn snowfields are 40 mins away & Thredbo/Perisher are 1 hr travel time. See the historic ruins of Kiandra, Yarrangobilly caves/Thermal pool, Alpine hikes.

Its the perfect retreat after a day in the mountains ,winter or Summer. You will come home to reverse cycle heating and cooling , great phone reception , Wifi a 50 inch Smart TV and a fire pit.

Eucumbene Lakeview Cottages - Kyloe

Kyloe Cottage and Yens Cottage are 2 bedroom 1 bathroom self contained accommodation. The cottages have panoramic views over Lake Eucumbene and are set on 5 acres. Situated only 5kms from Adaminaby and 2kms from Old Adaminaby. Eucumbene Lakeview Cottages are an ideal accommodation base for trout fishing or water sports on Lake Eucumbene, exploring Kosciuszko National Park, winter snow sports at Selwyn Snow Resort, or for visiting the Snowy Hydro Scheme and the Snowy Scheme Museum.

Old Shearers Quarters, pets welcome, at our property, Boloco West. Just 15 mins drive to Jindabyne. Original shed facade with renovated interior and quality inclusions. Open fire, spa, three bedrooms. Large private outdoor area with campfire, deck with outdoor dining, BBQ and hot tub. Free Wi-Fi. Our menu includes pizzas and slow cooked meals freshly prepared in our farm kitchen. Guests can walk or mountain bike around the farm and enjoy our amazing views and abundant wildlife.

Located 5 mins from Cooleman Court or 10mins from Woden The suite comes with your own kitchen, tv, queen bed, single ottoman bed, sofa bed, bathroom & solar heated salt water Swimming Pool We are situated backing onto a nature reserve which is perfect for peaceful walk or cycle. Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)
