The camper has 2 ac.The RV site is covered and on a large concrete area. The cover will provide shade during the Texas heat and also from any rain!

The owner lives across the street on the water (Trinity Bay), the guest(s) will have access to the lighted fishing pier. The RV is stocked with all the basic amenities from home (i.e. condiments, spices, towels, dishes, and toiletries).
