There is a large great room great for groups. The home is slope side to Snow Riders in the winter months for easy access to the Snow tubing adventures offered there. River Riders is next door in the summer months.

But no TV, and weak cell signal. The kitchenette has a hotplate, toaster oven, and coffee maker.
