Hunter Valley vineyards are 40 minutes with Newcastle port and its famous surf beaches only 25 minutes, so why aren't you here?

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Modern self-contained guesthouse at the front of our family home, next to the shores of Lake Macquarie. Away from the chaos but close to everything. Renovated with two rooms, a modern bathroom & new kitchenette. We are in a quiet parkland setting. Wake up to the native birds and rustle of the gum trees. Go for a walk around the lake, play or picnic in the park and go for a fish. Indoor dogs accepted on request. Whilst adjacent to the Lake, the Studio has limited views of the lake.

It's quite romantic to sit in the moonlight and feel the lake breeze in the evening. Through day you might like to try your luck at a spot of fishing from our jetty or enjoy a stroll down the main street looking through the boutique shops of Toronto 2 minutes away. A row of gourmet cafe/restaurants that face the lake.

Situated between the beach & the lake at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a picturesque lagoon view! And only metres away from access to the famous new Fernleigh Track! This one bedroom fully equipped cozy house is brand new & spotlessly clean! Fully equipped with all linen, towels, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, Nespresso coffee machine + coffee pods, kettle, instant coffee, tea bags, sugar, toaster, air fryer & all your kitchen essentials.

Itty Bitty b&b

Our space is a small air conditioned bed sitting room a bit like a motel room with double bed, eating utensils, microwave, air fryer, plug in single pot cook top , a small kitchen sink and ensuite. There are French doors between the bedroom and the combined kitchenette/ bathroom. Tea and coffee provided (not breakfast) . Parking on very quiet street. No parking on site. The access verandah is shared by an adjoining occupancy.
