Our lower level retreat is situated on a quiet, wooded lot & offers easy access to downtown, colleges, I-70, and Hwy 63. A neighborhood park & trailhead to the Hominy Creek trail are nearby (part of CoMo’s excellent trail system). Basement incl. family room, kitchenette (fridge & microwave), two bedrooms, & full bath. King-sized air mattress also available. Backyard features an outdoor table & swing. No pets or smoking are allowed. Please note that house is on a hill, so the driveway is sloped.

The unit is in a rustic country setting on a dead end gravel road. Although it feels as though you are far away from everything, you are only 7 miles from the University of Missouri, and we provide free transportation to and from all weekend sporting events on campus, including football games. We are very close to the hiking and nature trails, the Missouri River, and the local winery.
