Nord Vue Barn

Nord Vue Barn is conveniently situated in the Lakeland village of Penruddock, which benefits from very easy access to the M6. The property was an 18th Century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. It is ideally situated for fell walking, running, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding and other mountain and lake activities. The cottage encourages a hygge-style approach to cosiness, relaxation and wellbeing.

Pet-friendly and cosy converted byre for two

A converted former farmstead byre, Randel features high beamed ceilings open to the eaves, with plenty of natural light from two gable windows, a roof Velux and window out on to the wooded garden. Entrance is directly into the studio accommodation, consisting of a well fitted kitchen, dining facilities for two, and a comfortable compact sitting/sleeping area. Armchairs give way across the room to a wrought iron double-bed. There is a separate shower room with WC and washbasin.

Yewbarrow - Shepherd's hut overlooking Wastwater

One of two traditional wooden shepherd's huts situated at the top of the beautiful Wasdale valley on a working Lakeland hill farm. Both huts have spectacular lake views over Wastwater and the surrounding fells and are the perfect bases for outdoor activities. Each hut comes complete with its own bathroom with shower, kitchen area and outdoor seating with BBQ. The shepherd's huts are brand new for summer 2022 and are currently being built from scratch here on the farm.

Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!

It's the perfect quiet, snug retreat for those looking to have a great hiking base in the Lake District, a romantic weekend away, or a homely space for individuals to reflect and relax.

Green Bank - near Ullswater, wonderful views

Enjoy peace, privacy and panoramic views from this 17th-century grade two listed cottage with beautiful fellside garden. Situated on the edge of Hartsop, a tiny and tranquil hamlet at the foot of Kirkstone Pass, Green Bank is a simple rural getaway most suited to those who want to be out in the fells all day. There are many stunning walks - low and high level - from the garden gate, and books and maps are provided to help you plan your days.

Puddleduck cottage - quiet village with pub&ducks

Switch off in quiet Bassenthwaite village in peaceful valley between lake & mighty Skiddaw mountain, 15 mins from popular market town Keswick - enjoy an open fire, Sun Inn pub 2 mins away (booking recommended), walks for all abilities (many from the door) & our runner ducks and chickens - if you want quieter lakes, villages & towns or the most popular locations, all accessible. 12 noon checkout on Sundays after 2 night weekends.

Keskadale Farm, Oaks Apartment

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Wonderful and unique views. So many walks and hikes on your doorstep. Views of many fells Catbells, Robinson, Mosey Bank, Maiden Moor and Aikin all ready for you to explore. This accommodation is perfect for those wanting to visit the Lake District in the serene Newlands Valley and enjoy lots of walks with the benefit of being a short drive into Keswick.

Situated a 20 minute walk from the centre of Keswick; this 5* holiday apartment has amazing panoramic views of the Keswick fells! Here, you can enjoy the beauty of the Lake District scenery with all the comforts of home with a fully kitted kitchen, TV, books, games and a selection of DVDs.
