Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Private studio space with it's own entrance, a double bedroom area together with kitchenette, and separate shower/toilet room. There are two comfortable chairs for sitting, a dresser for clothes. Free off street parking. Walk around front of the house, down a pretty gravel side passage lined with plants, to a private studio overlooking a garden.
