Our 5 wilderness cabins are uniquely hand crafted by the owner Angelo with locally and custom built beds, stained glass windows, carvings and themed iron rails. All cabins have water views from your sheltered deck and are footsteps away from a communal cook space. Our central location is a PERFECT start for day tripping around the island and you are just footsteps away from North River Kayak Tours. Raspberry Cottage : Waterview of Sea

Raspberry Cottage has a 17th century Scandinavian log style with a newly renovated interior, library, free berry and orchard picking, and a hiking path on 150 acres. Proximity to puffin tours, fishing, golf, the Cabot Trail, the Nfld ferry, cultural experiences, and on the way to PEI. Wifi, tv, coffee beans, tea, charcoal and propane grills, and logs for an outdoor fire circle are included. 4 star rated by Canada Select. Leaving the cottage empty for 3 days between bookings for guest health.

Situated on a hillside overlooking the historic St. Ann’s bay, the Old Trail cabin is conveniently located just 5.5km from the start of the Cabot trail and the Gaelic College. A great spot to start or finish your Cabot Trail adventures! The cabin is designed to feel as open and airy as possible for a small space. The bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has a single bed. Kitchenette has coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. All amenities needed are only 15 mins away in Baddeck.

We are 30 minutes from the Newfoundland Ferry terminal in North Sydney, 20 minutes from the entrance to the Cabot Trail via the Englishtown Cable Ferry . We are 30 minutes from the Village of Baddeck, home of the Alexander Graham Bell Museum and the and the Falls in rear Baddeck. Louisbourg is 1 1/2 hours away.

Soak in the boho vibe, enjoy a candle lit dinner made in your own kitchenette, and cozy up by the glow of the wood stove in a comfy queen bed. Complete with outdoor shower, private fire pit & outhouse. Only 7 mins to Baddeck. Walk 5 mins down a groomed trail to this incredible off-grid experience. My 2 bedroom cottage has a private yard and screen porch for morning coffee (provided!☕️). 2 small bedrooms both have queen beds and dressers, full living room, fully equipped kitchen (just bring food/spices). Full bathroom with walk-in shower. Private BBQ. FAST Starlink WIFI, shampoo, soaps provided. Leashed dogs A-ok! 🐕 😊 Driveway is steep but well maintained. Sorry, no motorcycles, please.

Woodsy Cabin on the Bras d'Or

Beautiful, rustic cabin sits cozily surrounded by woodlands. This one room retreat boasts a south west vista of the Bras d'Or Lake, includes a veranda with gorgeous sunsets, king size bed and access to the beach. It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect.
