Our piece of paradise is situated on the edge of the water in the Athenree Village (north end of the Tauranga harbour). The modern upstairs apartment is yours exclusively. From here you can: watch the sunrise over the water; enjoy the ever-changing view of the tide; watch the varied and rich bird life; or relax while reading or playing games from our library. Feel more energetic? Walk to the surf beach; visit the hot pools or take a walk on the water edge. We follow AirBnB cleaning protocols.

Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Gardeners' Cottage (Breakfast included)

This charming English-style cottage offers tranquil and private country accommodation. Breakfast is included, featuring a selection of muesli, yogurt, toast, and spreads. Inside the cottage, you'll find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, microwave, convection oven, hobs, and a toaster.
