Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The house is 1300 ft2. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling, the woodstove is not for guest use.
