The Annexe

On the outskirts of beautiful historic town of Bradford on Avon, our homely Annexe is completely self contained with its own small outside space. A 15-20 minute walk down hill will find you in the town where there are plenty of places to eat and relax. Walk along the Avon river or take a leisurely stroll by the Canal. Take the train and you could be in Bath around 15 minutes later, and Bristol in 40 mins. By car we are only 30 mins from Longleat Safari Park and around an hour from Stonehenge.

With the charming town of Bradford-on-Avon on your doorstep and the Georgian city of Bath close by as well as many more great attractions you won't be short of things to do. Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.
