Budbury Heights is a beautiful late Georgian former Rug Factory with stunning views over Bradford-on-Avon and surrounding countryside. This beautiful Historic listed building has been renovated to a high standard offering everything you need. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, kitchen/diner on ground floor and toilet with basin, middle floor games room, lounge and toilet with basin, top floor master bedroom with UK king size bed, and twin bedroom, master bathroom with bath and shower.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.
