A charming barn conversion for up to four, in the heart of the beautiful old mining village of Brassington.With stunning walks and close to Carsington reservoir, Bakewell, Hopton Hall, Alton Towers and Chatsworth. In the village-The Old Gate Inn & The Miners Arms, both known for quality ales and great food & St James’s church dating back to 1066. Upon return you can light the wood burning stove, enjoy a soak in the large roll top bath or simply relax in the atmosphere.We are also pet friendly.

This unique self contained peaceful cottage is 250 years old and set in the centre of the beautiful village of Bonsall in the Peak District and within easy reach of all amenities. The cottage was once a Pigeon loft and has been transformed and renovated into a simple characterful living space within the conservation area. You’ll love my place because of its homely feel - lots of guests have commented that they feel at home in Chapel House, its fabulous aspect and its magical character. My place is perfect for couples and families. Its open-plan design cultivates holiday togetherness. Relaxation comes easily here. My village has two lovely pubs. The Gate was awarded 'Most Unspoilt Pub in England 2017' by The Good Pub Guide.

Right on the Roystone Grange Trail, and with easy access to the Minninglow and High Peak trails. Off road parking for two cars, plus bike store. The cottage has its own garden with barbecue and seating area, and a log burner for the colder evenings. Car or bike esential.

On the edge of the Peak District, Breach Farm is just outside the village of Carsington. Situated in beautiful countryside with rural views. Created from an old stone barn, the cottage is comfortably furnished and well equipped. We are next to Carsington Water and are ideally located for exploring the areas attractions, historic houses, pubs and walking routes. The market towns of Ashbourne, Matlock and Wirksworth are a short drive. Friday to Friday bookings preferred in peak season.

Tudor Cottage

A beautifully renovated private cottage, cosy and comfortable self catering accommodation. Tudor Cottage resides behind Tudor House, the earliest dated building in Brassington. Tudor Cottage would have been the brewhouse, the brewhouse was used for baking and cheese making as well as brewing This lovely old stone cottage has been recently renovated and independently attached to Tudor House, which is one of the oldest buildings in Brassington, the cottage is situated in Matlock.
