This is a 2 bed/1.5 bath duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Guests can enjoy the fenced backyard with BBQ grill and patio for pre-game and after game celebrations!; walking distance to Texas Av. Wolf Pen Creek park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate, downtown Bryan, and Lake Bryan.

Aggieland’s Hidden Hideaway

This 4BR/3BA secluded home is tucked away on a heavily wooded, fenced 10 acre tract, surrounded by towering post oaks, located only 14 miles from Kyle Field. This is the perfect spot for a Game Day weekend, quiet business trip, family gathering or romantic getaway. There is a fire pit with firewood provided. We do not limit to 10 guests, but we offer that the house will comfortably sleep 10. The property is fenced, but will not contain pets. Family/friend gatherings are welcome.
