Jonkmanshof is a beautifully-restored Cape Dutch heritage house built in 1854 in the small, picturesque town of Montagu. It is the oldest inhabited house in the town. Jonkmanshof - 20 Bath was recently featured by Condé Nast Traveller as the coolest farmhouse to rent in South Africa and is also featured in the Elle Decoration, France. A light, airy private room which offers parking at the door, a private patio and private entrance. This unit has a bathroom, a good shower, kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. It is a few minutes drive from the center of town and is in a peaceful security estate, with walkways flanked with fynbos, and panoramic sea views at the top.

Cypress Cottage Guest House - Family room

Welcome to Cypress Cottage Guesthouse in the heart of Swellendam. The Family Self Catering Unit accommodates 4 people. It comprises of two separate inter-leading rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The latter room has a small dining and fully equipped kitchenette. There is a wood fire Dover stove and a stove top for cooking. Please note: this unit does not include breakfast. We have a Labrador that is very friendly and playful and 2 cats.

The room is located within the Harbour House Hotel - Manor House and enjoys a central location in Hermanus with various restaurants, shops and activities within walking distance. The room is on the ground floor and borders on restaurant, it is the perfect place to be out exploring during the day and come back to relax and rest.

Doorways Room 2

This bedroom has a queen sized bed with an en suite shower, basin and toilet. The room looks out over the vineyard and gets wonderful morning sunshine. It opens out onto a verandah which is shared by Doorways Room 2 and the Doorways self-catering unit and the guest lounge/dining room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the guest bedroom. Free WiFi available in the room.
