Oak Barn @ The Croft - Luxury Rural Retreat

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Step back in time to 1672 with a romantic stay at Hawthorn Cottage. This thatched cottage is a true gem, with its original low beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace, and cranked staircase. This 2 bedroom mews is just a 2 minute walk from Sandbach. This historical cobbled market town boasts a good selection of upmarket eatery’s, pubs, restaurants, boutiques & shops. There is a weekly Thursday market and a makers market once a month on a Saturday. This is a perfect location for families or couples wishing to explore many places of interest nearby & Cheshire's beautiful countryside, it provides the perfect base for attending weddings, special events or if just passing through.

The lodge is a single storey one en-suite bedroom (plus sofa bed) annex with log burner located in the Cheshire countryside. We run a small livery yard so the horse owners may be about during your stay. We have two stables for holiday livery so you are welcome to bring your own horse. We are close to Somerford Park Farm & Kelsall Hill, the Cheshire Cycleway, Clonter Opera, Little Moreton Hall, Jodrell Bank, Chatsworth & the Peak District, the Potteries, Alton Towers, Manchester & Chester.

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.
