Perfect spot to set up your beach chair in the morning and come back for an afternoon nap, cocktail, and rinse in the outdoor shower.

Recently renovated kitchen with brand new appliances including a beverage fridge and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. First room has a queen bed and second room has a twin over full bunk bed and the couch in the living room folds out to a full bed. Home has central air, washer and dryer in utility room off the kitchen with access from the backyard which has a grill.
