With off street parking, this single story home features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with dedicated ironing board. Perfect for short or long stays. The home is renovated but old - uneven flooring and imperfect finishing work.

Studio 55 at A Stone's Throw

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This studio has parking right to the front door. It has an open kitchen into the spacious living room. A macrame room divider divides the living room and king size bedroom. Enjoy sitting on the patio and watching the sheep and horses in the pasture. Attached to A Stone's Throw, the option of renting both units make for a great reunion weekend. Lots of special touches, including Granny's cookies, will make you feel pampered at Studio 55.

This cozy yet spacious home is centrally located in Washington just blocks from shopping, dining & coffee on the square or just over 1 mile to the Washington Wellness Park and trailhead of the Kewash Trail. Our home offers two bedrooms and one full bath with laundry. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and sitting area while bedroom 2 can be configured with 1 king or two twin beds allowing flexibility for your stay.

It’s just a short drive—10 miles north to Washington, 20 miles south to Mt. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room. While you're here, we hope you are able to relax and enjoy the well lit deck along with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, which we are happy to have provided.
