The Clipper - 1747 Isaac Pierce House 1st Floor

Historic Isaac Pierce House located in Somerset Historic Village District. This first floor vintage apartment features large rooms with many old historic touches still intact. Enjoy the original wood shutters and the craftsmanship as they fold into the walls. The apartment highlights the bustling clipper ship era of Captain James Madison Hood's Shipyard. Some of the fastest clipper ships in the world were built and docked here. Little pieces of that history are all around during your stay.

Rent our private basement unit as your next home away from home while you explore Providence, Rhode Island, Boston, and MA! We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! The space is a thoughtfully designed and decorated apt with privacy in a quiet area, with all the amenities you may need. Our goal is that you’d always feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful!

Welcome to the 2nd Floor of the Slade House located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Somerset. It is within a 10 minute radius of everything you could possibly need or want during your stay from groceries to activities. The house is well equipped for your stay with separate entrances, beautiful bedroom furniture, a new & luxurious bathroom with an automatic toilet & bidet, and a large deck with a full size natural gas grill to enjoy the great weather with friends & family!

Located in the desirable Highlands of Fall River, this two bedroom one bathroom apartment offers a clean and comfortable space to enjoy with friends and family. The property is on the second floor of our two unit home. It has its own private entrance for guests and on-street parking. My family and I reside on the property, occupying the first and third floor, allowing us to be easily available for guest assistance, if needed. Close to highways, Newport and Providence, RI
